Days after 9/11, a group of 12 Green Berets rode into Afghanistan on horseback. The mission, completed by these Horse Soldiers, inspired a book (Horse Soldiers; by Doug Stanton), a movie (12 Strong) and a 9/11 monument.
Today, members of the Horse Soldier team have banded together to form American Freedom Distillery. The distillery offers award winning bourbon in bottles pressed with molds forged from steel from the Twin Towers.
