What kinds of food do you offer?
Our menu offers traditional American fare such as soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, flatbreads, desserts, and the famous Springfield Horseshoe.
We are famous for our local farm cheese curds from Ropp Jersey Cheese . They are beer battered with our German Lager and served with Sriracha ranch sauce.
We are proud to offer made from scratch flatbreads, appetizers, desserts, and more. We offer glutenfree options, and 100% of our beef, pork, and eggs come from local family farms within an 85-mile radius. We also source some of our cheese, milk, chicken, and produce locally. The ingredients we use are fresh, unprocessed, free-range, seasonal, nutritious, chemical and preservative free, and free of hormones, antibiotics, and steroids. Our livestock live in open pastures, and our local chickens are cage free year round and free range when weather permits.
Can I buy your beer to and take it home with me?
Yes, you can purchase our beer in kegs, growlers, and cans.
Do you sell Engrained swag?
Yes, not only do we offer gift cards, but we also have Engrained Brewing Co t-shirts and logo glasses available for purchase.
We can ship our gift cards in the continental US for free via the US Postal Service if you provide your mailing address during checkout.
What days are you closed?
We close on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day so that our employees can spend the holidays with their families and friends.

Where are you located?
We are located at 1120 West Lincolnshire in Springfield, Illinois next to Scheels and the city’s Tesla charging stations. We are situated off MacArthur Boulevard, which is also home to many other local businesses, and easily accessible via I-55 and I-72.
Where can I charge my Tesla?
Eight superchargers are available 24/7 up to 120kw at 3801 MacArthur Boulevard, sandwiched between Scheels and us.
Are kids welcome at Engrained?
Yes, we love kids and have a full children’s menu with healthy options and treats.
